A very good hotel for transit travelers. Rather comfortable, located in a very quite area and really good value for money.
There was only one towel per person in the room. TV did not have a remote control, and there were only few channels working. Since the hotel is new, it smells paint and plastic in the room. The breakfast is rather poor.

the place was overall clean. I booked the king room with garden views, everything was nice. 3. My room included an iron and ironing board, an electronic key card, and coffee and tea making equipment. Summary: the hotel was clean, and I enjoyed my stay in a lovely king room with garden views. Plus, my room was well-equipped with handy amenities like an iron, ironing board, electronic key card, and coffee and tea making facilities.

We stayed at Hotel Slask during Euro 2012 as it was the only decent hotel available through Booked.net. For a soccer fan coming to a big forum it wasmore than enough. Clean room, shower, bed and breakfast.
Location isnt very central, but we didnt care that much. Taxi is cheap and only 10 min from Stari Grad? Breakfast is very basic, but if you're a real soccer fan you shouldnt care.

Best value for this money. Some problem with parking, but in the day of Euro game, so probably in normal week, everything is ok. Its typical good three star hotel.

Price
Parking - We were charged by three different irate attendants on one night, we ended up spending 30 euro for parking our vehicle for only one night. Apparently the parking is not part of the hotel, hotel does not have its own parking lot. Drunk party goers banging on my childrens door at 4 in the morning frightening them. Is for young party animals we checked out did not stay our second night and have yet to be refunded that second night. Do not recommend for families

I was very angry when I found out that they charged my credit card before arrival even the internet confirmation does say they do not take money in advance. When I pointed this out to the receptionist she said "it is ok"...

The room was a comfortable room and contained a table with chairs next to the two single beds. All is brand new, the hotel is being renewed at this time of writing, some floors were not available/accessable. Breakfast was pleasent (pickles, omelets, cheeses, meats, etc.) and the the city center is only 12 minutes by tram (4, 5, and 11). The tram stop is at a 100 meters walking distance. We recommend this hotel.
